Welcome These are exciting times for NCH. We are moving towards our third century of growth and success, working with the most vulnerable and excluded children and young people across the UK, as well as in Southern Africa, the Caribbean and Central America. Our challenge now is to consolidate and build on our achievements so that we continue to enable the children and young people of the 21st century to achieve their full potential.We aim to build and strengthen NCH's standing, in line with our vision, and give NCH a profile commensurate with its size, history and excellent services. So we need an astute and experienced Chair, who understands change management and the not-for-profit sector as well as the importance of ensuring that NCH is run efficiently and effectively. The Chair must have empathy with our work and with our Methodist roots, and must work with the trustees and senior management team to optimise our potential. NCH's Chair needs to be the best. The vulnerable children, young people and families we work with deserve nothing less.
